This goes out to all the delegates of the forthcoming MELOW Conference in Chandigarh (20-22nd Feb 2014)
Accommodation cannot be assured for those who have not sent in their delegate fee. If there is any special allowance to be made please inform me right away.
Moreover, the final programme is being made. In case we do not hear from you by Friday morning, 10.00 AM, it will be understood that you will not be given a slot to participate in the conference.
Local participants (who do not need accommodation and are not presenting papers) may register on the spot.
Please appreciate that the organizers in Chandigarh are trying to put up a decent show and your cooperation is solicited.
For your information, the Conference coincides with a spate of literary activities in the city. Several well-known writers will be speaking in town and this will be a good opportunity to interact with them.
In the next group-email I hope to give you more information on the programme and other relevant details.
